his listing is for a vintage Penzel Mueller ligature for standard size hard rubber/plastic alto saxophone mouthpieces. This ligature is made out of heavy gauge brass, and has a 'floating' reed plate, which cradles the reed. It is in good used  condition. It has not been bent out of shape or damaged, and the screws work properly. The finish is well worn though.
