A high quality, economical quarter-turn shutoff valve designed for irrigation, pool and spa, and general purpose applications. Valves feature stems developed to help prevent line fluids from leaking out in the event of ball valve stem damage. Engineered for high strength, the stem incorporates a special shear point to control accidental breakage. Over torquing breaks occur above the stem o-ring leaving the seal intact until repair or replacement can be made.

All return packages must include the original packing slip, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
We kindly suggest that you request a tracking number from the carrier when performing a return, so that you may trace the path of the package until we receive it in our distribution center. Returned to sender items that were refused, undeliverable or marked as unclaimed will be refunded once the package arrives back at our distribution center. CANCELING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER
In order to meet our challenging goals on delivery time we have an automatic system that starts the handling process of our orders as soon as they are placed. This helps us to ship orders as soon as possible. Because of that, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted.
Once the handling process is completed, you will be receiving an e-mail with the tracking information. You may use the tracking number to verify the estimated delivery date of your package with the carrier assigned.
If an incorrect address was input during the checkout, once the order is shipped and you receive the tracking information please contact our Customer Service Team.  We will gladly request a change of address with the carrier.
