Fully integrated steel frame has 4 built-in "SNAP-LOCS E-track Singles" to tie down Logistic E-Straps. Casters are airless 6 in. oversized rubber for use on All-Terrains like concrete, dirt paths, rock paths, grass and more. This 4 wheel Dolly has 2 fixed rigid casters for steering and 2 swivel-brake casters that can lock in place on unleveled ground. The SNAP-LOC Dolly is designed with a flat deck and large grip pads to secure cargo in place. Body and pads are made from long-lasting industrial strength structural polypropylene. Transports in vehicles and stows away in small spaces measuring 32 in. L 20-1/2 in. W 9-1/2 in. tall (33.5x20.5x40.5 with bar, space between bars is 17.5 in.).
