This is your opportunity to get a Selmer Paris Mouthpiece Cap and Ligature for the Clarinet for the low price of !  This ligature is in good condition with one missing screw and the cap, it does show some wear in the area around the screws (see pics).  Other than that small area the finish could stand to be polished.  This is a great cap and ligature combo, don’t miss out.
