    his listing is for a Berg Larsen cap for hard rubber alto sax mouthpieces. It is a plastic one, so it is relatively new. It is in very good used condition. It has normal wear and tear, such as light scratching and such, from bouncing around in a sax case. There are no cracks or other such damage to the plastic though. This is a good replacement if you have lost or damaged your original Berg cap.
