Olein is a moisturizing oil spray based on vegetable oils, ideal for hoof care especially if dry and crumbly.
Regular application of the product prevents drying of the hoof by quickly penetrating deep into it.
Promotes the growth of horny tissue, preserves its elasticity and forms an anthobacterial barrier.
Restores the natural, well-kept appearance of the healthy hoof.
Modality of use:
Clean the hoof carefully, removing any residue. Shake the cylinder then spray directly on the wall of the hoof from a distance of about 20cm with short and repeated sprays, limiting each spray to a duration of 3-5 seconds in order to avoid excessive cooling. It is advisable to repeat the treatment after each cleaning operation.

Horses today often spend long periods in boxes or paddocks with wet and muddy soil; both situations disturb the water balance of the hoof.
Modern bedding materials such as shavings, paper, etc. tend also to be quite dense, limiting air circulation around the baseboard.
As these highly absorbent materials often remain impregnated with urine. Bacteria in the bedding convert the urine into urea and ammonia, which degrades the natural fats and oils in the hoof horn and weakens the hoof.
The problem is aggravated if the horse spends a lot of time in moist, muddy paddocks, particularly during the winter months.
The moist hoofs are weak and therefore predisposed to absorb more water. Even more harmful than the absorption of large amounts of water are the bacteria contained in the water itself, as these play a key role in the deterioration of the structure of the horn.
In addition, the mineral salts contained in the soil, can become a problem because they can destroy the keratin of the hoof.
The mud acts by dehydrating the hoof acting like a creature, draining liquids out of the hoof, increasing moisture/dry fluctuations and thus contributing to damage to the structure.
