I purchased several of these new in a buyout from CVS. I've opened their never sealed boxes to confirm nothing is missing, and to provide detailed pictures.
**The ozone and gas based cleaners are now banned for warranty purposes according to the ResMed site.  I've included a screenshot of them spelling this out in red letters.  We had first heard that my husband was now supposed to detach a hose prior to use. But they've changed the terms of the warranty, and our local medical store said they were not notified of that.  I've heard it's due to the gas versions harming the actual CPAP unit.  Don't wait on them to tell you this, and do like me... ask them to verify as the need to, and then notify the customers.
BUT.... if they give you problems with  repairing the unit; they should HAVE to repair any purchased under Medicare, and some insurance companies/plans. It's a stipulation in their agreement to accept those plans to maintain them.  It will turn into, misuse if the gas versions are continued to be used.
▪️I stand behind what I sell; if it would fail to operate within the first 30 days; I will provide a return label for the buyer to return it. When the same item(s) are returned to me in the appropriate condition; I will refund fully.
