UPS overnight is only available until 12pm PST in order for us to ship on the same day. Please call to verify we've received your overnight request. Same day shipping overnight is not available during holidays or weekends. If you are sending to a PO Box, your purchase must be shipped via USPS, either First Class, Priority, or Parcel Post, without exception.
    Damaged Shipments:
    We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase through Honest Medical. If you received damaged or defective item(s) please contact us immediately. Please do not refuse the package or attempt to return it yourself prior to contacting us. We will remedy the situation for you! Please be advised that pictures of damages/defects might be required.
    Standard Returns:
